New drinking game: every time the administration says its 'job pivot time', take a drink. You won't be sober again until November 2012.
Today, Obama told a crowd of veterans at the Washington Navy Yard (emphasis mine):
"We are going to get through this. Things will get better. We're going to get there together,"
"There is no doubt this has been a tumultuous year," said Obama. "My singular focus is the American people. Getting the unemployed back on the job."
Somebody's got some splainin to do.
